Lumpiang Shanghai with ground pork, garlic, onions, carrots, celery, water chestnuts, soy sauce, and special seasoning.
Served with sawsawan. House-made sauce with vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, onion, seasoning blend.
Nanay's Lechon
Lechon Kawali, pork belly slow-cooked until tender and fried to achieve a perfectly crispy skin.
Served with sawsawan.
Papa's Arroz Caldo
Comforting rice porridge with chicken thighs, garlic, ginger, onion, and fish sauce.
Topped with green onions, crispy chicken skin, hard boiled egg and calamansi.
Baboy Q
Lola's recipe: Marinated pork or chicken, grilled.
Silog
Filipino breakfast: Longanisa sweet sausage, house-made pork tocino, fried egg, and garlic fried rice. Tomato and cucumber salad.
Served with sawsawan.
Pork Adobo
Marinated pork shoulder braised until tender in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, onions, and seasonings.

Our Story
Soon after meeting, we discovered that we both had a dream of owning a food truck. Our inspiration for Baboy is our love of Filipino food and making people happy with a hearty, comfort meal. Why hasn't Filipino cuisine had its well-deserved breakthrough yet? We want to change that! Come along with us as we strive to elevate Filipino food into the spotlight it has long awaited!
